If you're looking for a less expensive Sage machine, then the Duo Temp Pro might be worth a look. It does not come with the App technology and pressure gauge of the Oracle however it's an excellent bean to cup machine. It has a large tank of water that can be used to filter coffee and ground coffee. It also has steam wands, as well as an electronic display. The three second heat up time is impressive. Many commercial machines require a long time to reach the required temperature for extraction.
